The Lleida City Council is finalizing the renovation works on Alcalde Rovira Roure Avenue this week, focusing on creating a more accessible and modern urban environment for residents.

The project covered the section between Passeig de Ronda and Ricard Viñes Square. Key improvements include the complete replacement of water and sewage pipes, wider sidewalks, and upgraded street lighting.

"This action is emblematic of the regeneration of a space designed for the greater comfort of our neighbors."

Fèlix Larrosa · Mayor of Lleida
As part of the environmental upgrade, 20 new trees have been planted. The final phase includes installing new benches, fountains, and waste bins to enhance the quality of the public space in the Segrià capital.
