The Municipal Employment Institute of Lleida, supported by the SOC, has launched the Integral Plus Program to facilitate the permanent hiring of individuals over 30 and 45 years old in companies located in Segrià.

The Institut Municipal d’Ocupació Salvador Seguí (IMO), in collaboration with the Servei Català d’Ocupació (SOC) in Lleida, has launched the Integral Plus Program. This initiative is designed to promote permanent employment contracts in companies located in the Segrià region.
The program, which is an evolution of the SOC Catalunya's 30 Plus program, targets unemployed individuals and includes financial support, job-specific training, and technical guidance throughout the process. The main goal is to ensure better job adaptation and favor employment continuity.
Candidates must be over 30 years old and long-term unemployed, or over 45 years old. They must also be registered as job seekers at the Oficina de Treball (OTG) and reside within the Segrià area.
Participating companies also receive significant benefits. A subsidy of 690.61 euros per month is offered for a maximum of 18 months for each full-time permanent contract, totaling a maximum amount of 12,430.98 euros per contract. Furthermore, they receive comprehensive job offer management and technical support.
Its predecessor, the 30 Plus program, has proven effective, having advised over 850 companies, managed more than 1,000 job offers, and formalized over 870 subsidized contracts.
