The UGT-Terres de Lleida union signed on Wednesday the salary tables for 2026 regarding the metal industry collective agreement in the Lleida region.

The agreed 2.5% increase aims to ensure that workers in the sector maintain their purchasing power amidst ongoing economic uncertainty.
The agreement also preserves a key clause preventing salary absorption and compensation up to a 30% cap above the base salary for each professional group, providing legal certainty for the workforce.

"We value this agreement positively, as it consolidates rights and provides stability to a strategic sector for the territory."
