According to the latest report from Fotocasa, the average price for a garage in Lleida was 10,839 euros, reflecting a 0.5% decrease compared to the previous year. Only Ávila, Castellón, and Murcia offered lower prices among Spanish capitals.

In the surrounding region, Alcarràs saw the most significant price drop in Catalonia, with an 11.3% decrease, bringing the average cost down to 4,395 euros. Other towns such as Mollerussa and Tàrrega also reported notable price reductions in the real estate market.
