Lleida rental prices exceed 600 euros for the first time

Four municipalities in the province reach record highs while seven stressed areas see slight decreases in 2025.

The city of Lleida recorded a historic high in rental prices during the third quarter of 2025, surpassing the 600 euro monthly average for the first time.

According to data from the Generalitat's Housing Department, four municipalities designated as stressed zones in the province reached unprecedented figures. In the capital, the price reached 611.43 euros, representing a 52% increase over the last decade. Other record-breaking towns include El Pont de Suert (455.5 euros), Tremp (459.99 euros), and Cervera (440.87 euros).
The most significant increase was seen in El Pont de Suert at 14%, while Alcarràs saw the largest decrease at 17.9%. Vielha remains the most expensive location in the region with an average of 692.49 euros.
