Artificial intelligence models predict that Lleida will be the only capital city in Catalonia to see a rise in rental prices during the first quarter of 2026.

According to the DataVenues index by Fotocasa, Lleida is expected to see a 2.3% increase. This contrasts with Barcelona and Girona, which are projected to remain stable, and Tarragona, where prices could drop by 4.5%.
The study, based on Big Data, shows a diverse national landscape where Palma leads the increases at 7.4%, while major hubs like Madrid show slight decreases of 0.2%.
