Emergency teams located a 70-year-old resident of Fraga safe and sound in Aitona on Thursday morning, concluding an intense search operation launched Wednesday evening.

The search operation, involving personnel from the Bombers de la Generalitat, the Mossos d'Esquadra, and the Guardia Civil, located the man at 11:30 AM this Thursday in the municipality of Aitona. He had been missing since Wednesday evening.
The man, a resident of Fraga, was immediately transferred to a medical center for a check-up, although he was reported to be in good health.
The disappearance occurred after the man called his relatives and the 112 emergency line to report that he had suffered a minor accident with his motorcycle while traveling on the Massalcoreig road, between Fraga and La Granja d'Escarp, and would continue the journey on foot.
Throughout Thursday morning, the Mossos activated four units and the Bombers eight, including the drone unit. The Guardia Civil was responsible for the search on the Aragon side. The coordination center for the operation was established at the Sotet de Fraga pavilion.
