Pons Lleida secured their qualification for the seventh Europe Cup Final Four on Sunday, drawing 3-3 against Sanjoanense at the Onze de Setembre pavilion.

The team from Lleida will have another historic date in April after validating their first-leg advantage (2-4) against Sanjoanense. The match, played at Onze de Setembre in a great atmosphere, was an arduous battle where the hosts fell behind three times (3-3).
Despite an energetic start, the Portuguese threat materialized through Moreira's chances, which were stopped by an excellent goalkeeper Xavi Bosch. The Pons Lleida attackers, including Moncusí and Miguélez, repeatedly ran into the visiting goalkeeper, Juan Manuel Carrión.
After the break, Mount put Sanjoanense ahead (0-1), but Gabarró equalized with 12 minutes left. In a frantic final few minutes, the Portuguese scored to make it 1-2 and 2-3, but Pons Lleida's reaction was immediate thanks to two decisive goals from Badia, who sealed the final 3-3 scoreline with 3.19 remaining.

"The key was wanting to win the game; we weren't thinking about the overall tie. That's why every time they scored, we competed to equalize."
