The Mossos d'Esquadra arrested two women aged 25 and 27 on Thursday afternoon for two thefts of clothing in stores located in Lleida's Eix Comercial.

Officers immediately began searching for the suspects in the area. Shortly after, they located them at the intersection of Major Street and Cavallers Street, carrying two bags full of clothing items.
After confirming that the items, valued at 435 euros, had been stolen from two different stores within the Eix Comercial, the police proceeded to arrest the two women, aged 25 and 27.
The detainees were subsequently released provisionally, with the obligation to appear before the judge when required by judicial authorities.
