The Lleida City Council's Entrepreneurship Advisory Service assisted 90 individuals during 2025, reinforcing the strategy to support talent and business activity in the city.

Of the 90 users assisted, 56% were women, and most were aged between 30 and 45 years. Furthermore, nearly 75% of the projects presented were concentrated in the service sector, reflecting the economic trends of Lleida.
The service also highlighted professional reorientation, as 63 people were already employed beforehand. A significant increase was also observed in initiatives driven by people who were unemployed and by self-employed individuals seeking to consolidate or expand their existing businesses.
This action is part of the municipal strategy to strengthen talent and business activity, complementing other initiatives such as Invest in Lleida and Talent. Over the last three years, the service has advised a total of 329 people, showing a tangible impact: about twenty users advised in 2024 successfully established their own companies.
