The Paeria de Lleida, through the La Panera Art Center, participates in the Hipermanta project with other cities to denounce the violation of the collective right to the city through artistic creation.

The Paeria de Lleida is part of the collective artistic and social project Hipermanta, developed jointly with Palma, Barcelona, and València, aiming to highlight the realities and tensions that coexist in urban environments and denounce the violation of the collective right to the city.
The Centre d’Art La Panera, along with the Inclusion area of the Department of Social Action and Innovation, promoted the initiative in Lleida. The project was led by artists Lluc Mayol and Violeta Ospina Dguez, who worked with local groups for a year.
The proposal developed in Lleida consisted of creating an album and a songbook titled Lai la lai la – Llar, papers, treball i amors (Home, papers, work, and loves). This work was activated last December at La Panera with a participatory concert, using art as a tool for social transformation.
Hipermanta brings together four unique proposals, including Tarot dels silencis (Palma), Bingo Guateque – Safareig musical del Raval (Barcelona), and Espigar un riu-que-no-és-riu – Diari de cordill (València). The project involved collaboration from Es Baluard Museu d’Art Contemporani, the MACBA, the IVAM, and the Centre d’Art La Panera, and received support from the Fundació Daniel y Nina Carasso.
