Paula Moliné, from INEFC Lleida, wins 6th FIEP New Leaders Catalonia Award

The award recognizes excellence in teacher training and will allow the young woman from La Seu d'Urgell to present her project in Albania in 2026.

Student Paula Moliné Sánchez, representing INEFC Lleida, won the 6th FIEP New Leaders Catalonia Award, held in Vic, for the excellence of her Master's Final Project.

The 6th edition of the FIEP New Leaders Catalonia Award was held this Tuesday in Vic, bringing together the best Master's Final Projects (TFM) from the Teacher Training Master's degrees across Catalan universities, covering Secondary, Baccalaureate, Vocational Training, and Language Teaching.
Moliné Sánchez, originally from La Seu d'Urgell, represented the master's program jointly organized by INEFC Lleida and the University of Lleida (UdL). Her work was supervised by doctor Carlota Torrents.
This award promotes innovation and leadership in teacher training at a European level. Following her victory, Moliné will be nominated for the FIEP New Leaders Europe project and will defend her work at the FIEP Congress 2026, scheduled to take place in Tirana-Elbasan (Albania).
Among the finalists, Mar Bosch Cabrisas also stood out, representing the master's program organized by INEFC Barcelona and the University of Barcelona (UB), supervised by doctor Meritxell Monguillot. The jury included doctor Rafael Tarragó, a professor at INEFC Barcelona.
