The company Ondina Logistics Lleida SL, part of the Primafrío Group from Murcia, has purchased 85,000 square meters of the new Les Alamús industrial park to create around one hundred jobs.

The acquisition, carried out by Ondina Logistics Lleida SL (part of the Primafrío Group, a leading international logistics operator specializing in controlled temperature freight transport), covers 85,000 square meters of the new Les Alamús industrial park. This area represents more than half of the park's total surface of 150,000 square meters, located on the left bank of the access road from the Ll-11.

"The excellent communications and the direct connection to the A-2 highway and the AP-2 motorway were key factors for the company choosing this strategic location."

Toni Bosch · Mayor of Les Alamús
According to the company's own estimates, the launch of the new logistics facilities could generate around one hundred jobs in the area. Mayor Bosch confirmed that construction work will begin imminently, as the new area has passed all Urban Planning reports and the local council has approved the redistribution project.
The Les Alamús council will auction 10,500 square meters of public land in the coming months, while an additional 8,000 square meters belong to the former promoter. This will be the municipality's first industrial zone, aiming to meet the demand of companies awaiting the development of large projects such as Torreblanca-Quatre Pilans in Lleida.
