The party warned about the uncertainty facing local families due to the potential closure of I3 classrooms in schools such as Miracle and Pràctiques. They argue that current planning fails to guarantee the right to a nearby public school place.

Additionally, ERC highlighted a projected shortage of secondary school places in the city center for the 2026-2027 academic year. The motion suggests returning to the 2022 zoning model and balancing student-teacher ratios between public and semi-private schools.
A second motion led by councilor Gemma Fusté focuses on urban environment. It calls for a mandatory tree replacement policy to ensure that any tree removal in Tarragona is followed by immediate replanting to maintain the city's green heritage.
