The incident occurred around 10:15 PM when the victim fell headfirst onto the ground. According to witnesses, it was an accidental fall with no other individuals involved during the festivities in the Tarragonès region.

The local ambulance service provided immediate first aid before the Sistema d'Emergències Mèdiques (SEM) arrived to stabilize the patient for emergency transport.

The injured man was taken to Joan XXIII Hospital in Tarragona for further evaluation. The Creixell City Council praised the quick response of emergency services following the accidental event.
