The exhibition, titled Llum, Natura Centrum Est, is a joint venture between Mèdol-Contemporary Arts Centre and the Port of Tarragona. It showcases more than 320 pieces, including murals, sculptures, and digital art, all centered around the themes of light and the natural world.
“"In these moments when some of the moral limits we considered insurmountable are being questioned, the vindication of enlightened humanism and the values of freedom, equality, and fraternity gain special strength through culture."
A key highlight is the graphic biography of the naturalist Llum de la Selva, created in collaboration with students from the Tarragona School of Art and Design. This project emphasizes the community-driven approach that Antúnez has championed over the last ten years.
The show will remain open until May 24th. To enhance the experience, the organizers have scheduled guided tours by the artist and interactive sessions in the Serrallo neighborhood, inviting citizens to reconnect with nature through art.
