The railway company OUIGO has introduced a unique initiative in Tarragona, encouraging couples to exchange their Easter trips to Porto for other destinations within the company's network.

The campaign, titled Cambia tu destino, cambiando tu destino, aims to challenge the urban legend known as the Porto curse, which associates trips to the city with romantic breakups. From March 12 to 16, residents of Tarragona with existing tickets to Portugal can apply for free alternative travel.
The initiative also features a special event for solo travelers in Madrid on March 28. Featuring TV personality Alba Carrillo, the gathering is designed to help singles connect and enjoy new experiences during the holiday season.
