The street performing arts festival, held in El Morell, has reaffirmed its position as one of the most prominent cultural events in the region. This edition set a record for company participation, with a total of eighteen, demonstrating the continuous growth of the event in recent years.
The extensive and diverse program included circus, theater, music, and dance performances, designed for all audiences and distributed across various outdoor spaces in the municipality. This commitment to expansion has been key to the exhibition's success.
“"Despite the rain on the last day, the overall assessment is very positive in all aspects. We experienced a weekend with a great atmosphere in the streets and a warm reception. The companies tell us there are few festivals like this, and we will continue to work and commit to the format we have achieved."
Among the most popular performances were the itinerant shows La inauguració, La vie en douche, and Music on cycles, as well as installations located in the Plaça de l'Era del Castell. Other productions such as La conferència dels ocells, La Clessidra, Sliders, and The sad-mad method also captivated the audience. The festival also featured a concert by Filomena, as part of the Super Folk Festival, and a performance by La Forzuda, which brought culture closer to the users of the Centre de Serveis per a la Gent Gran.
PrimaverArt has transformed spaces such as Maria Mercè Marçal Park, the ramblas crossroads, and the new stage on Sant Josep Street into large open-air venues, strengthening the connection between culture, public space, and community. The next edition of the festival is scheduled from April 1 to 4, 2027.
