The Palau de Congressos in Tarragona hosted the Repsol Suns Guide gala this Monday, bringing together 850 people to honor the best of Spanish gastronomy.

For the first time, this major event was held in Catalonia, choosing Tarragona to present 157 new awards. The ceremony highlighted both established careers and emerging talent, with 30 awards specifically recognizing young chefs across the country.
