The Port of Tarragona recently renewed eleven information panels located at Moll de Costa and the Llevant breakwater to improve readability and the dissemination of its valuable historical legacy.

The renewal of the information panels for the Port of Tarragona's Heritage Route was carried out due to deterioration caused by the passage of time and adverse weather conditions. This update affects a total of eleven strategically distributed signage elements.
The new panels are located at Moll de Costa and the Llevant breakwater, always in front of or near the heritage element they refer to. At Moll de Costa, panels for the chain boat (bot de cadenes), the light electric crane, the Tinglados, the two Zorroza cranes, the Boetticher crane, and the shipwrecks displayed in the Museum have been renewed.
Additionally, panels for the Port Clock (Rellotge del Port), located on the new promenade created by the Port Park; the Llevant breakwater (at Km0); the Moll d’Aragó Lighthouse; and the Banya Lighthouse, located at the end of the breakwater, have been updated.
The Heritage Route is a four-kilometer itinerary connecting more than twenty elements linked to the Port's commercial and industrial activity. The starting point of this historical route is the Teatret del Serrallo, the former Fishermen's Guild.
