In an interview on the show Molta Comèdia, the artist shared his philosophy on career building. Llàcer believes that the ability to reject projects is essential for long-term success, challenging the fear many young actors have about losing future opportunities.

A defining moment occurred when he was 22 and stood up to director Josep Maria Flotats regarding last-minute changes to a production. This experience helped Llàcer realize his own potential as a director.
The conversation also touched on a personal health crisis. A year and a half ago, a bacterial infection nearly cost him his life. Since then, he has embraced a slower pace of life in Mira-sol and the Garrotxa region.
