The square located between Unió street and the Mercat de la Independència will be the setting for a special event where attendees can get a close look at the 'colla's' work. The activity will begin at 5:30 PM with a fun workshop for children, designed for them to discover how they climb and maintain balance in the human towers.
Starting at 8:00 PM, the general rehearsal will take place, open to people of all ages and experience levels. Participants will have the opportunity to actively engage in the activity, learn about the different roles within a 'pinya' (tower base), and observe the work done before plaza performances. This rehearsal is particularly significant as the 'colla' is preparing for the constructions they will showcase at the Festa Major de Terrassa.
The rehearsal will last until 10:30 PM and will conclude with the distribution of 'fuita fresca' (refreshments) among attendees. This initiative aims to promote participation and knowledge of the 'casteller' tradition in the city.
Separately, the 'colla' recently participated in their neighborhood's festival, Ca n’Aurell, alongside Xiquets del Serrallo and Castellers de Sabadell. In this 'diada' (performance), Castellers de Terrassa successfully completed the 5d7, attempted the 4d8 (which was dismantled), completed the 7d7 and the 4d7 with a pillar, and finished with a pilar de 5. The event was followed by a meal and festive atmosphere at the 'colla's' venue.
