Giant screen in the amphitheater of Sabadell's Parc de Catalunya to watch the World Cup semi-final.

The Sabadell City Council has announced the installation of a giant screen in the Parc de Catalunya amphitheater to broadcast live the World Cup football semi-final between Spain and France, taking place on Tuesday, July 14.

Citizens will be able to follow the match from 9 PM in a public space that previously hosted hundreds of people during the 2024 European Championship. The initiative, which revives the success of previous sporting events, involves a private company for the screen installation.
Municipal sources highlighted that the aim is to create a meeting point to experience the semi-final in a "privileged environment." Before the match, starting at 7 PM, there will be musical entertainment by a DJ, as well as food and drink services. After the game, the venue will host a party for attendees.
Should the Spanish team qualify for the final, scheduled for Sunday, July 19, the Parc de Catalunya amphitheater will once again host the broadcast of the match with similar entertainment activities.
