This Sunday, September 20th, Santa Perpètua de Mogoda hosts the SPM Roda Popular Skating event, a free activity open to everyone as part of European Mobility Week.

The European Mobility Week, celebrated between September 16th and 22nd, includes the SPM Roda Popular Skating event. The activity will take place this Sunday, September 20th, from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM, starting and ending at the Rambla.
The skating event is open to people of all ages who use non-electric skates. The route, which is flat and suitable for everyone, will pass through several streets of the municipality that will be closed to vehicle traffic. This initiative is supported by the Artistic Skating Club and the Santa Perpètua Hockey Club. No prior registration is required to participate.
The Councilor for Mobility of the Santa Perpètua City Council, Albert Bonàs, expressed his hope that "this year will be the breakthrough for this activity." Bonàs recalls that the first edition had its route shortened due to rain, and the second was canceled for the same reason. He is confident that the third edition will be a success and receive public support.
As part of Mobility Week, the urban bus service is free until September 22nd. Additionally, the Sports Department is organizing sports activities on Girona Avenue. Next Tuesday, the Tabor School will participate in the "Al carrer tots hi pintem" (Everyone paints in the street) activity on Mossèn Camil Rossell Street.
