The Club Dards Terrassa has secured the title of Catalan darts champion in the seventeenth edition of the Catalunya Cup, a competition that gathered 24 teams and over 200 athletes at the Espai Dards Catalunya.

The event, held this past weekend, was a success in terms of participation and showcased a very high competitive level. The facilities at Espai Dards Catalunya were packed to follow the numerous matches, which were decided by a minimal difference in games, culminating in the victory of CD Terrassa.
Organized by the Catalan Darts Federation, the competition started at ten in the morning and extended until past one in the morning. The 24 participating teams were divided into four groups of six, playing a league-format phase. The top eight advanced to the final bracket, with draw-based pairings ensuring that teams from the same group would not face each other in the first knockout round.
CD Terrassa's path to the title included a 13-8 victory against CD Smile B in the quarterfinals. Subsequently, in the semifinals, they overcame Lligues ADG with a convincing 13-4, securing their spot in the grand final. There, they faced Baix Camp Chaves, whom they defeated 13-7, thus being crowned champions.
It is worth noting that CD Terrassa had a significant presence in the competition, not only with the winning team. The club also entered Central Park Terrassa, which reached the semifinals before falling 13-4 to Baix Camp Chaves. Additionally, the Catacracks also participated, and club members were part of the mixed group Promeses FCD, alongside players from CD Campdevànol, CD Olot, and CD Baix Camp.
