Around twenty women, traders and customers from Montornès del Vallès, participated last Sunday, October 18th, in the second edition of the Healthy Morning, organized by the Traders' Union with the support of the City Council.

The event, held at the Hotel d’Entitats, offered workshops focused on personal well-being, health, and self-care. Activities included facial yoga led by Adonaïs Teràpies, healthy cooking with Beth and Sonia from Thermomix, self-defense taught by Iwa Dojo, and laughter therapy facilitated by Montse La Filomena.
These workshops allowed participants to acquire new resources, strengthen bonds, and share experiences, highlighting the female influence in local commerce.
The Healthy Morning is one of five projects subsidized by the municipal Department of Feminism and Diversities, which this year has allocated 7,000 euros to initiatives promoting gender equality. Other beneficiary entities include the Club Atletisme Montornès, the association Divermon, the AFA of Escola Can Parera, and the association Bruixes Montornès.
Regarding the promotion of functional diversity inclusion, projects from the Associació de Famílies del Centre Ocupacional El Trencadís, Divermon, the AFA of Escola Can Parera, the AMPA of Escola Mogent, and the association ASPAHID Els Àngels have also received grants.
