The municipality of Cantallops will host the new Flow Empordà festival on September 19th, a one-day gathering focused on wellness, consciousness, and personal self-regulation.

The event will take place at Can Xiquet and will have a limited capacity of between 300 and 350 people. The initiative aims to provide a space to pause the daily routine and explore new ways of living with more balance and connection to the surroundings.
The program includes a wide variety of simultaneous activities, such as talks on health, longevity, and nutrition, as well as practical sessions of yoga, mindfulness, and Ecstatic Dance. Additionally, round tables will be organized to showcase wellness projects currently being developed in the Alt Empordà region.
The festival will also feature a specific area for families, with activities designed for children. The day will conclude with a collective celebration including immersive concerts and musical performances that blend tradition and modernity.

"We live surrounded by information and proposals on how to feel better, but we often lack spaces to stop, experience them, and integrate them. Flow Empordà wants to turn knowledge into experience and experience into a real possibility for change."
