Expert Núria Garcia led a sensory olive oil tasting this Saturday in Cadaqués, highlighting the connection between gastronomy, health, and the traditional landscape of the Alt Empordà.

The event at Casa Dionís featured local brands such as Llei de Cadaqués and Oli d'Ullastre. The latter is produced using traditional manual methods from wild olive trees found in the Cap de Creus Natural Park.

"Olive oil is just the juice of the olive, with no chemical additives: crushed olives that were traditionally pressed."
