The official presentation of the Roses Carnival 2026 took place on Tuesday at the Municipal Theater, revealing the Carnival Kings and drawing the parade order for the 76 participating groups.

The presentation ceremony for the Roses Carnival 2026, which will be held between February 12 and 16, was a major success. The Teatre Municipal hosted over four hundred people, while an additional thousand followed the event live via streaming.
The main objective of the meeting, besides introducing the new Carnival Kings, was to determine the parade position for each of the 76 registered groups through a draw, which, as every year, generated maximum anticipation.

"The draw was conducted, for the second consecutive year, through a computer program, which enhances its transparency."

Sílvia Ripoll · Councilor for Culture and Festivals
This advancement, implemented since Councilor Ripoll took office, replaces the old ball-based method, which had caused logistical issues. The draw is crucial as it determines the position in the parade.
The initial positions in the parade are reserved. The first three groups to parade are always the Carnival Kings: the Colla del Tech (adults), Los Lereles (children), and the Casal de la Gent Gran (seniors). These are joined by the fifteen groups that won prizes in the previous edition.
