The Alt Urgell Youth Office launched the new Com a casa! service this February, a digital notice board designed to streamline contact between tenants and landlords across the region.

This new tool was created to address the challenges young people face in accessing housing. The project, based in Alt Urgell, aims to promote shared living models that support the independence of local citizens.
The Com a casa! platform functions as an information exchange. Users can post both offers for available rooms and requests from those seeking a place to live. While the youth service ensures the board remains organized, it does not intervene in private rental agreements or pricing.
The initiative is part of the Alt Urgell Housing Table strategy, involving the OJAU. This resource provides a practical response to local housing needs by offering a centralized and accessible digital platform for the community.
