The Pyrenean Business Meeting has announced the five emerging companies that will present their artificial intelligence-based projects at the 37th edition, taking place in La Seu d'Urgell on June 11th and 12th.

The session, titled 'AI Doesn't Exist, Neither Does Work,' will bring together Repscan, Colorsensing, Agrin'pulse, Aiball, and 4Mediks. These projects apply artificial intelligence across diverse sectors such as medicine, agriculture, sports, and industry.
The panel will be moderated by Josep Maria Ganyet, CEO of Mortensen, an expert in digital transformation. The session is scheduled for Thursday, June 11th, starting at 4:00 PM, as part of the first day's program.
Repscan, with its CEO Josep Coll, will showcase its artificial vision technology for industrial process digitalization. Colorsensing, presented by Isac Expósito, will demonstrate color perception-based solutions for the food and pharmaceutical industries, enabling real-time quality control.
Agrin'pulse, through Jordi Garcia, will introduce its agricultural technology that uses AI to optimize decisions on irrigation, treatments, and harvests. Aiball, represented by its CEO Jordi Fortuny, will apply AI to analyze player movements and tactical patterns in basketball.
Lastly, 4Mediks, with its CCO Albert Farré, will present an AI platform for healthcare management, aiming to improve diagnoses and anticipate patient risks.
The inclusion of this panel underscores the Meeting's commitment to connecting the global AI debate with local applications. "We want to show that AI is not an abstraction: it's work, it's business, and it already exists in our region," stated the Meeting's president, Montse Pujol.
The 37th edition will also feature speakers such as former Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi and CIDOB president Josep Borrell, alongside the presence of the President of the Generalitat, Salvador Illa.
