The new Divers restaurant, promoted by the Ampans entity, will open its doors this Friday, January 30, in the La Parada building in Manresa, combining local gastronomy and social inclusion.

The social economy project by the Ampans entity aims to become a new gastronomic and community meeting point in the capital of Bages. It is located in the La Parada facility, a unique work by the RCR Arquitectes studio, which also integrates a residence and a floor dedicated to training and insertion.
The gastronomic proposal of Divers is based on respect for traditional Catalan cuisine, using local and quality products, but interpreted with a modern approach. The menu will feature classic dishes such as roasted cannelloni, confit cod, or trinxat with jowl bacon.

Divers is a space where opportunities are real, where people can train, work, and build their future with dignity, while ensuring a gastronomic experience and a service of the highest quality.

The main goal of the initiative is to generate employment and training for people with intellectual disabilities and those in vulnerable situations. The restaurant will be open Monday to Thursday (9 am to 8 pm) and Fridays and Saturdays (9 am to 12 am). Lunch kitchen hours are from 1 pm to 4 pm, Monday to Saturday.
