The new concession, operated by Monbus, started this Monday with higher frequencies, but schedules were only published the previous Friday.

Users of the bus line connecting Manresa and Barcelona, operated by Monbus, expressed their dissatisfaction this Monday due to the late publication of the new schedules and the confusion caused by changes in stops.

The new service, resulting from the public concession granted by the Generalitat to Monbus, promised more trips, peak-hour frequencies, and real-time information via a mobile application. However, the launch was marred by confusion.

"The new schedules were posted on social media on Friday, when they came into effect on Monday. Little margin has been left for people to plan their trip, considering there are changes in schedules, stops, and services that do not reach the center..."

In addition to the schedules, users found that stops in central Barcelona, specifically on the Gran Vía, had been suppressed. Now, some buses only arrive or depart from the Maria Cristina station, a change that has generated controversy depending on the needs of each traveler.
Incidents began early in the day. At the Manresa bus station, one of the new hybrid vehicles departed 14 minutes late, at 10:44 a.m., due to a problem with the destination sign. A regular passenger, Hirune, reported having experienced delays and having had to travel standing up during peak hours.
