The Reus City Council has started renovation works on the third floor of the Gaudí Centre, awarded to Wasabi Produccions SL, to modernize the immersive room with an investment of 540,809.95 euros.

The project, developed by NAM ARQ Studio SL in collaboration with STOA, foresees the comprehensive renovation of the building and its museography to enhance the visitor experience and adapt the spaces to new technical and exhibition needs. This first phase focuses on the complete refurbishment of the immersive room.
The intervention, which was awarded to the company Wasabi Produccions SL, will allow for content updates and an improved visitor experience through new exhibition and technological resources, offering a more innovative, attractive proposal adapted to new formats of cultural dissemination.
The renovation of the immersive room will lead to a significant improvement in audiovisual quality and the space's narrative, reinforcing the story linked to the figure and work of Antoni Gaudí, as well as positioning the Gaudí Centre as a cultural and tourist reference point.
During the construction period, the facility will continue to operate partially, ensuring visitor safety at all times. While the work lasts, a discount will be applied to the entrance fee for visitors, an action framed within the continuous improvement strategy of the Reus Promoció Agency.
