The parceling project for the Can Sunyer neighborhood, definitively approved last July, establishes the necessary financial contributions for carrying out works, including improvements to the sewage system. To address resident inquiries and concerns about this process, the City Council has organized two informational sessions.
The meetings will take place on Wednesday, September 16, and Thursday, September 17, both at 7:30 PM at the Civic Center of Can Sunyer i Valldaina. Property owners are advised to attend the session assigned to their street for better service.
The scheduled plan is as follows: on Wednesday, September 16, polygons 1 and 2 will be covered (C. Montgoi from 1 to 21, Montseny, Portell, Sant Llorenç de Morunys, Cadí, Jardí del Pont, Núria, Pedraforca, Tibidabo). On Thursday, September 17, polygons 3 and 4 will be addressed, including streets such as Baix Llobregat, Creu de l'Aregall, Everest, Garraf, Ordal, Montgoi from 23 to 33 and 33 annex, Muntanya, Serra d'Or, as well as properties with street number Tarragona that have access via C/Muntanya before the transformer.
The approval of this project marks a significant step towards the implementation of the sewage system and other necessary works to complete the neighborhood's urbanization, in compliance with current regulations. Once the works commence, a monitoring committee will be established with participation from representatives of the Can Sunyer Neighborhood Association.
