The Esparreguera Catalan Office, part of the Consorci per a la Normalització Lingüística (CPNL), has welcomed the Geganters d'Esparreguera group as a new collaborating entity for the Voluntariat per la llengua (VxL) program.

This partnership will allow program participants to practice their language skills in real-life situations and hold conversations outside the classroom. In this way, the Geganters d'Esparreguera contribute to promoting the use of Catalan and serve as an entry point for learners into the town's social fabric.
The VxL in Esparreguera already has 13 collaborating entities committed to serving their clients in Catalan and encouraging newcomers to speak the language. These entities include the Fundació de La Passió d'Esparreguera, Castellers d'Esparreguera, the L'Ateneu Municipal Library, Associació Petjades de Colors, Associació per a la Defensa del Patrimoni de la Colònia Sedó i el seu Entorn, Càritas Parroquial Esparreguera, Agrupació Fotogràfica d'Esparreguera, Club Bàsquet Esparreguera, Colla de Diables d'Esparreguera, Casal Intercultural d'Esparreguera, Centre Esplai la Lluna d'Esparreguera, and Espai Jove Cal Trempat of the Esparreguera City Council.
