More than 100 people over the age of 60 have kicked off the Nordic walking season in Navarcles with an 8.5-kilometer route that combined physical activity, territorial discovery, and social gathering.

The event, held under a bright sun, allowed participants to enjoy the landscapes and heritage of the Navarcles area. The route included spots such as the Font Nova, Masia del Soler, the parish church of Sant Pere, Colònia Jorba, and the Font de l’Angle, concluding at the Navarcles lake, where lunch was shared.
This initiative aims to promote active and healthy aging through outdoor physical exercise, while also fostering social relationships and the exploration of new spaces.
The strong participation in this first outing highlights the interest in activities that combine health, nature, and good company.
