During an extraordinary session of the Municipal Plenary, data from the fourteenth consecutive year of comparative report preparation were presented, aiming to improve municipal services. In 2025, the City Council recorded a total of 1,191 entries through various channels: 305 complaints, suggestions, and thanks; 861 incidents via the 'Som Molins' APP; and 25 claims processed by the Ombudsman.
The response time for complaints and suggestions has been reduced for the second consecutive year, averaging 12.18 calendar days. The online channel remains the most used, with 286 out of 305 entries (93.46%).
The 'Som Molins' APP is consolidating as a key tool for managing public space incidents. Of the 861 incidents recorded, 759 were resolved and 102 were dismissed, ensuring 100% of entries were processed by municipal services.
Regarding the Ombudsman, 25 claims were processed, the same as the previous year, all answered by the City Council within an average of 31 business days. Of these cases, 14 were closed in 2025 and the rest in 2026.
