The session, taking place from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM, is aimed at public administrations using AOC services. The CAU handled a total of 20,217 tickets from 1,594 different entities between January 1 and August 31, 2026.
The services generating the most inquiries are EACAT Tràmits (5,388), e-Contractació (3,507), and T-CAT (2,921), accounting for 58.5% of the total. Most inquiries are received by phone (49.3%) or via the web form (41.7%).
The data reflects improved efficiency, as inquiries per thousand transactions have decreased for services like T-CAT and e-Contractació. Having a single, centralized support point allows for pattern detection and efficient problem-solving for all administrations.
The top twenty most frequent questions are categorized into four main areas: access and users, digital certificates, electronic processing, and electronic contracting. Issues preventing work continuity, such as access problems or contracting errors, are typically resolved by phone due to their urgency, while form inquiries often require documentation or subsequent review.
The shared support model is based on collective learning: each resolved inquiry provides data that helps improve processes, guides, and error messages, preventing the same question from being repeated by other entities.
