Eleven restaurants in Berguedà are participating in a new edition of the Game and Truffle Cuisine cycle, an initiative that will run until March 15.

The campaign, promoted by Hostaleria i Turisme del Berguedà, aims to highlight two of the most emblematic products of the Pre-Pyrenees. Participating establishments offer set menus and off-menu suggestions to bring hunting traditions and truffle harvesting closer to the public.

"In Berguedà there is a great tradition of hunting and truffle gathering. These menus are designed to bring our local products to everyone."

Oriol Rovira · Chef at Els Casals
Among the participants is the restaurant Els Casals, in Sagàs, awarded a Michelin star. Chef Oriol Rovira emphasizes the importance of supporting local products, especially as artisanal truffle harvesting and game meat consumption seek to regain their place in modern gastronomy.
