The event kicks off at 9:00 AM with a traditional breakfast featuring herring and chocolate with toast. At 10:00 AM, the live demonstration of lo mandongo begins, where attendees can observe the artisanal process of preparing pork products following historical local methods.
A communal lunch will be served at 2:00 PM, featuring a menu of salad with romesco sauce and fried pork with beans. Participants will also receive a commemorative plate and a gift pack of local products as part of their registration.
