Firefighter Rescues in Camarasa, Josa i Tuixent, and Montellà

Several incidents required firefighter intervention to rescue injured or disoriented individuals in Noguera and Alt Urgell.

Firefighters have conducted several emergency operations in towns across Noguera and Alt Urgell in recent hours, rescuing injured individuals and disoriented hikers.

In Camarasa, a 42-year-old woman was rescued on the Camí de Ferradura de la Ribera after suffering a fractured leg from a fall. The Firefighter Special Actions Groups (GRAE), using a helicopter and rescue raft, evacuated her to a medical center.
In Josa i Tuixent, a group of six hikers was rescued by firefighters after becoming disoriented in the mountains.
In Montellà i Martinet, a 41-year-old woman sustained back injuries after slipping down a gully. After being immobilized, she was evacuated by helicopter to the hospital in La Seu.
In another incident, in Baro, within the municipality of Soriguera, a pedestrian was hit by a vehicle and taken to the Sort CAP with minor injuries.
