A coach has been involved in a serious accident this Thursday morning on Rambla de Ferran in Lleida, resulting in over 40 injuries after colliding with another vehicle and the Diputació building.

The incident occurred around 07:30. According to initial reports, the coach struck a large vehicle and subsequently crashed into the institutional building and a nearby public transport stop, hitting several pedestrians along its path.
The Sistema d'Emergències Mèdiques (SEM) has confirmed that four people are in critical condition and seven others have less serious injuries. The remaining thirty individuals suffered minor injuries. The most seriously injured have been transported to Arnau de Vilanova Hospital.
Numerous units from the Bombers de la Generalitat, local police, and psychological support teams have been deployed to the scene. Authorities have launched an investigation to determine the causes of the crash, although the primary hypothesis points to a driving error.
