The project involves adding 549.000 sqm within the municipality of Lleida, alongside an additional 400.000 sqm planned by the Alcoletge town council in its respective area of the estate.

The plan focuses on creating three large industrial blocks capable of hosting plots exceeding 10.000 sqm. This layout is specifically designed to attract large-scale companies from various sectors looking for significant space to establish their operations.

This expansion addresses a long-standing demand from the local business community in the Segrià region, where the scarcity of available industrial land has been a major hurdle for economic growth in recent years.
