The Nyam Nyam Nyam establishment in Lleida will compete in the 2026 National Burger Championship with its creation, the 'Lleidatana', available for tasting from January 29 until March 1.

The 'Lleidatana' burger is presented as a tribute to the traditional farm cuisine of the Lleida vegetable garden area (Horta). Its preparation features a sourdough brioche bun, sourced from an artisan bakery in northern Catalonia.
The filling is a mix of minced pork with fat, salt, and pepper, designed to evoke the flavor of 'llonganissa' (cured sausage) without the casing. This meat base is complemented by the most universal Catalan sauce, allioli (garlic mayonnaise), along with cheese and onion.

"It is everything that a farmer's house in the Lleida vegetable garden area would cook for you."
