Rodi Motor Services, the automotive services company based in Lleida, reported a record turnover of 307.8 million euros in 2025, driven by a 13% growth, strategic digitalization, and expansion into Galicia.

The figure of 307.8 million euros represents a 13% increase compared to the previous year, according to the balance sheet presented at the annual convention held at the Llotja de Lleida. The company has exceeded 2,000 employees and gathered around 800 professionals to outline future strategic priorities.
A key driver of growth was digitalization, including the optimization of inventory management systems and data exploitation. Concurrently, the telephone service center saw massive growth, increasing from managing 5,000 monthly calls to nearly 30,000 in just one year.
Regarding territorial expansion, Rodi consolidated its presence in Galicia in 2025 through the acquisition of the Salco Group. In this region, the company operates 18 workshops employing nearly 200 people, which contributed 30.3 million euros to the turnover. Furthermore, Rodi improved climate control in 39 centers, aiming to reach 74 climate-controlled workshops to enhance employee well-being.
Looking ahead, the company announced the purchase of a 24,000 square meter plot of land in the Torre Solé industrial estate in Lleida for strategic investments. The Esteve, Llopis, and Llovera families also restructured the shareholding, acquiring 100% of the capital after repurchasing Michelin's stake, while maintaining collaboration in related businesses like Nex and OK24Horas.
