The head of the Education and Culture program at the Museu de Solsona, Anna Roca, highlighted the community scope of the Solsonianes project, promoted by the Department of Culture and the Department of Education. This initiative seeks to build bridges between the educational system and the cultural system, areas that, according to Roca, have gradually separated.
“"The idea is that within 10 years, the younger generations will be much more aware of their history and heritage, even feeling more a part of their local identity."
The program, planned for three years, is the result of extensive collaboration among multiple local agents. Roca emphasized the need to establish a network of agents to facilitate cooperation between the more distant municipalities in Solsonès, thus ensuring the stability and continuity of the project beyond institutional changes.
A practical example of this intergenerational union was seen in the recent Solsonianes Scavenger Hunt, where third-year ESO students organized challenges for primary school students. This dynamic helps dissolve age differences and promotes cohesion, using heritage as a mechanism for equality among students.
