The new Dynamic Acquisition System (DAS) is an electronic contracting procedure that will remain open for four years to all companies meeting the established requirements. This model will allow the Roda de Berà City Council to award specific contracts continuously, based on service needs.
“"With this system we gain agility; contracting is much faster, more transparent, and simpler for the City Council and for entrepreneurs. Due to its advantages, we encourage all companies and freelancers in Roda de Berà to register."
In order to facilitate access for freelancers and small businesses, the City Council has simplified the procedure. A practical workshop will soon be organized to teach interested parties step-by-step how to participate in a tender under this new contracting framework.
The system includes various categories of specialized services, such as the maintenance of green zones and street trees (pruning, felling, mowing), the clearing of vegetation strips in forest areas for fire prevention, and phytosanitary treatments against pests like the red palm weevil or the pine processionary moth.
The DAS has a total estimated value of 2,408,211.68 euros (plus VAT) for the four-year term, with an approximate annual expenditure of 602,052.92 euros. This amount is distributed among the different service categories, ensuring flexible planning and precise control of public expenditure.
