Around seventy students from music schools in Seu d'Urgell, Puigcerdà, Berga, and Pallars met this March 15th to participate in a day of shared learning and musical performance.

The fourth String Meeting marked the first participation of the Escola de Música i Dansa Itinerant del Pallars. The event focused on elementary-level students of violin, cello, and double bass, fostering a professional network across the Pyrenean counties.

"Music is for sharing. In individual classes they learn technique, but it is more important to meet, get to know each other, and make friends."

Zoriana Sokhatska · Teacher at the Municipal Music School of Seu d'Urgell
Due to weather conditions, the final performance was moved to the Immaculada Hall. The repertoire showcased local musical heritage, including the traditional melody of the Ball Cerdà from Seu d'Urgell.
