The city of Terrassa celebrated a major culinary achievement this Monday as Casa Nita and El Ciri were officially added to the 2026 Repsol Guide recommendations.

During the gala held at the Tarragona Convention Centre, the guide organizers highlighted the warmth and 'heartfelt cooking' of these two establishments. Casa Nita, run by Marc Dinarès, is known for its unique 'stove-free' kitchen focusing on curing and marinating techniques. Meanwhile, El Ciri, led by TV chef Marc Ribas, was praised for its sustainable approach and its tribute to the region's agricultural heritage.

"I cook the landscape. It is about valuing the closest producers who nourish us."
